What is your interest rate?
Interest rates depend on the type of product that suits an individual’s needs. ISB offers competitive long term interest rates, fixed rates, balloon rates, and variable rates. In today’s market the long term fixed rates are the most popular and give the customer the benefit that their rate will never change. ISB will help the borrower determine what product best suits their needs and will also be the most affordable.
What are the closing costs?
ISB requires the standard closing items such as: appraisal work, abstracting, attorney’s opinion, credit reports, documentation recording fees, underwriting fee and an origination fee. Iowa State Bank will take care of processing all the necessary paperwork – simplifying the process for our borrowers.
I am “shopping” for my mortgage, why should I choose ISB?
